Postage & Packaging

P&P is £2.50 for orders with a value under £40 in the UK,

P&P is £3.50 for orders with a value BETWEEN £40.01 AND £100 in the UK,

P&P is £4 for orders with a value BETWEEN £100.01 AND £200 in the UK,

P&P is £6 for orders with a value BETWEEN £200.01 AND £500 in the UK,

P&P is £8 for orders of > £500.01

Delivery Times

After we have received your deposit or payment in full (depending on payment method); we would be ready to despatch a tiara

within 2-3 weeks depending on the materials in stock and the item you ordered.

Necklaces, bracelets and earrings can usually be delivered within 7 working days depending on the materials in stock and the item you ordered.

Rush orders:  please enquire, we can most often process rush orders.

Guaranteed Refund or exchange on Return on non-customised pieces

Should your tiara or jewellery for any reason whatsoever reach you in an unsatisfactory

or damaged condition, we offer a full refund or exchange. Your refund/exchange is

guaranteed provided the tiaras/jewellery are returned in the original packaging,

within 7 days of receipt and before the wedding date.

Payment

By Credit Card: Through our safe and secure Paypal Server using the shopping basket.

By Cheque: A deposit of 25% is required to process your order and the balance is required on all

orders prior to delivery. Please make a cheque payable to "Twice as Nice".

If preferred, or the time limit on the order is to narrow, then it might be better to pay in full, to reduce the processing time.

Discount

A discount of 10 % will be given on orders of 2 or more crowns or tiaras.
